Municipal Projects
Ongoing service contracts and project work for multiple city departments, including Parks & Recreation, City Hall, Police Station, and public maintenance facilities. Projects include HVAC upgrades, building improvements, street and public area lighting, the Jacksonville Beach Pier parking lot lighting upgrade, and seasonal holiday lighting services.

Lighting upgrades for the Jacksonville Beach Pier entry parking lot. Scope included new and retrofit lighting, installation of light poles, and decorative light bollards to improve visibility, safety, and aesthetics.
ABC Fine Wines & Spirits
Ground-Up Build
Full ground-up electrical project for a new ABC Liquors location. Scope includes 1000A 120/208V service, temporary lighting and power setup, complete lighting and power systems installation, fire alarm integration, and data infrastructure.
Duval County Public Schools
Atlantic Coast High School
Electrical scope for portable classroom relocation at Atlantic Coast High School. Work included demolition and disconnection of existing electrical, fire alarm, security, and data systems, followed by installation of new lighting, power, underground conduits, fire alarm, security, and data infrastructure.
St. Vincent’s Joe Adams Building
2nd Floor Renovation
Medical office renovation on the 2nd floor of the Joe Adams Building. Scope included demolition, new lighting and power systems, and data infrastructure installation to support updated medical buildout requirements.
Sheffield Park
Parking Lot Improvements
Ongoing electrical work for Sheffield Park’s parking lot. Scope includes new pole light installation, underground infrastructure, power system upgrades, and data system installation to improve safety and functionality.

Multi-Campus Projects
Ongoing service and project work across FSCJ’s Downtown, Deerwood, South, North, and Kent campuses. Scope includes electrical service upgrades, classroom and equipment improvements, access control systems, EV charging stations, fume fan upgrades, parking lot lighting, rooftop unit and chiller replacements, and major building renovations at the URC, ATC, and Criminal Justice Pavilion.
FSCJ South Campus
Phase 3 Access Control
Phase 3 of door access control upgrades at FSCJ South Campus. Scope included installation of card readers, control panels, and all associated cabling and wiring to enhance campus security systems.

Phase 4 of the ongoing door access control system upgrades. Work included card reader installation, control panel wiring, and complete cabling for secure access throughout designated campus areas.

Criminal Justice Pavilion
Ground-up renovation at the Criminal Justice Pavilion. Scope includes demolition of existing pool power and equipment, and installation of new lighting, power, and data systems to support updated facility use.

Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine Project
Renovation of the second floor of the Prudential Building to house FIRM's expanding practice. The project included specialized electrical work for medical equipment, including UPS backup power, and was completed within a tight three-month deadline.
Chico’s Clothing Store
St. Johns Town Center
Build-out of a new clothing store in a repurposed space. The project involved extensive demolition, electrical system upgrades, and a custom lighting design to create an optimal retail environment.
FSCJ North Campus
CVT Medical Training Center Project
Renovation of an existing space to create a new medical training facility. The project included upgraded power supply and electrical work to support specialized medical equipment, completed on a fast-track timeline to meet academic schedules.
Downtown FSCJ
Campus Chiller Project
Similar to the South Campus Chiller Project, this installation involved an 800-amp Main Distribution Panelboard and managing system shutdowns during normal operations, with careful scheduling to avoid disrupting daily activities.
K4 Crane Project
Specialized electrical work for a military facility, including the replacement of AC motors with DC motors and voltage upgrades. The project required high security, precision engineering, and the use of durable materials like stainless-steel enclosures.
