Vanguard Electrical Contractors has completed multiple projects for colleges and medical institutions, each requiring careful planning to avoid disrupting daily operations.

  • FSCJ South Campus Chiller Project – Installed an 800-amp Main Distribution Panelboard to support a new HVAC chiller tower. The project included system shutdowns and change orders, all managed with minimal impact on campus activities.
  • FSCJ Downtown Campus Chiller Upgrade – Installed a new 800-amp Main Distribution Panelboard, scheduled strategically to keep normal operations on track.
  • FSCJ North Campus CVT Medical Training Center – Renovated existing space for a new medical training facility, including upgraded electrical service to support specialized medical equipment. The project was completed on a fast-track schedule to meet academic deadlines.
  • F.I.R.M. (Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine) – Renovated an office floor in the Prudential Building with electrical upgrades, including UPS backup power systems. Completed within a three-month timeline to support the practice’s expansion.
